One Medical Passport, Inc. is a creative, fun, and rapidly growing leader in the development of innovative cloud-based medical software for ambulatory surgery. Although we have been growing steadily for nearly 20 years, we still very much run like a “startup”. Our solutions are used by approximately 750 medical facilities, every major ASC management company, and millions of patients each year.

Our headquarters is a beautiful, open-space, “loft-like” office on the top floor of a restored mill building in Willington, CT. It has high ceilings, brick walls, wood floors, exposed beams and massive windows that provide a panoramic view of the adjoining lake and waterfall. We love dogs.

One Medical Passport, Inc. is a dynamic medical software company looking for an entry level project manager with the necessary skills to thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment. The assistant project manager role is to support and facilitate project related tasks for the more senior project managers. They will be expected to work closely with project managers and clients to facilitate project progression. This person is expected to work both as part of a team and independently, with occasional travel to clients and Corporate Headquarters in Willington, CT (in non-COVID times). We are looking for someone that is familiar with Software as a Service (SaaS), is interested in a healthcare project management career, and exudes excellent communication skills both in person and a remote setting. Ample opportunity for professional growth is available.

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the software configuration, customization, and training processes
- Conduct remote meetings with project managers and their customers to gather complex technical implementation requirements
- Shadow project managers in customer meetings to learn the implementation process for all 8 products
- Assist in training nurses and other clinical staff to use One Medical Passport solutions
- Work with the development team to communicate customization needs
- Edit and format content of documents in MS Word and Adobe DC (e.g., client forms)

The ideal candidates should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A passion for learning and growing in the healthcare SaaS and project management fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, email, and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Solid independent work ethic and time management skills
- An understanding and ability to learn online programs
- Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience in a SaaS setting
- Experience in a healthcare setting
