One Medical Passport, Inc. is looking for an Interface Developer who will be responsible for planning, creating, and testing the HL7 messaging workflow for an exciting healthcare software company. You will have a healthy balance of working autonomously while also working directly with the Chief Technical Officer, Software Developers, Project Managers, as well as vendors and partners to provide the very best healthcare experience for our clients and their patients. Other responsibilities will include communication, maintenance, and documentation.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintains interfaces with the Mirth interface engine.
Experience with HL7 protocol in a health care environment.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Experience with writing queries, reading from and writing to SQL databases
Organized and detail oriented
Flexible and adapts well to complex challenges.
Minimum of 3 years of HL7 interface analysis, development, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Minimum of 1 year hands-on with NextGen (Mirth) interface engine
Familiarity with the purpose and function of various healthcare functions
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a firm commitment to quality
Dedication to team environment including cross-functional roles
Well versed in networking, and able to establish VPN connections with clients.
Experience with other interface engines [CorePoint, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, etc.]
Experience with SQL
Experience with FHIR, HL7 V3
