One Medical Passport, Inc. is a creative, fun, and rapidly growing leader in the development of innovative cloud-based medical software for ambulatory surgery. Although we have been growing steadily for nearly 20 years, we still very much run like a “startup”. Our solutions are used by approximately 750 medical facilities, every major ASC management company, and millions of patients each year.

Our headquarters is a beautiful, open-space, “loft-like” office on the top floor of a restored mill building in Willington, CT. It has high ceilings, brick walls, wood floors, exposed beams and massive windows that provide a panoramic view of the adjoining lake and waterfall. We love dogs.

Salary: $12.00 /hour

About Us: One Medical Passport is an innovative medical software leader dedicated to continuously improving outpatient surgery for patients, staff, and physicians alike. We are seeking an individual with the necessary skills to thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Second Shift:
8:00pm – 11:00pm ET Monday-Thursday
8:00pm – 10:00pm ET Friday
8:00am – 10:00pm ET Saturday
8:00am – 11:00pm ET Sunday

A little about you:
- Excellent with web browsers on desktop and mobile applications
- Customer Service / Help Desk experience
- High School diploma (post-secondary education desirable)
- Comfortable complying with governmental regulations (e.g.: HIPAA)
- Strong critical thinking skills, written skills, and independent work ethic
- Great at customer care, including de-escalations and education
- A+ and/or MCICT, MCITP, MCP, MCDST, XP/MCP certifications (not required, but a plus)
- Eager to learn and grow!

What we’ll ask you to do:
- Learn our product suite so that you can best assist end-users
- Provide written tickets, webchat, and on-phone support to end users on a variety of issues; ~90% of the support will be via written tickets & webchat.
- Research and resolve basic application problems
- Document and track details of the ticket, both status, and resolution
- Communicates and follows-up with the user while working the problem and ensures successful and timely completion of the problem
- Regular and reliable attendance

The Sales Account Executive at One Medical Passport serves as the face of our company leading our most valued customers towards better processes and patient workflows. This role is vital to One Medical Passports growth and long term success. Traditional sales engagement methods have evolved, and customers are seeking consultative partnerships, not vendor or customer relationships. Armed with world class cloud solutions, your role is to unlock the potential of our solutions to prospects by demonstrating clear business value accelerating their success. High level customer satisfaction is a key measure, as are achievement of revenue targets. 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• You will be representing the company to new facilities in an effort to close new business and drive revenue growth
• You walk on the sunny side of the street and always see the cup as half full
• You are passionate, enthusiastic, and a successful new business salesperson who wants to be part of one of the most disruptive cloud-based companies in the healthcare industry!
• You will implement value-based selling practices alongside a wealth of knowledge of One Medical Passport’s solutions suite
• You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
• You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position One Medical Passport as a proven industry leader and the cloud-based partner of choice
• You know our Sales process and follow it step by step to forecast accurately and achieve your quota with new signed contracts
• You can articulate One Medical Passport’s value proposition to decision-makers at all levels of the organization from the front desk to the C-suite
• You exemplify how to follow the process in a consistent, repeatable way to achieve our revenue targets
• You strive to deliver World-class customer service by making commitments and keeping them
• You are creative in always learning and improving to beat the competition and staying on top of the latest market drivers and technology
• You thrive in a Sales 3.0 type environment to automate tasks by using all tech tools at your disposal including Salesforce, Docusign, Crayon, Guru, SalesLoft and more
• You will represent One Medical Passport at professional conferences and company event both online and in-person
• You proactively strive to be a true industry expert and valued resource the company, your team, and clients the can be depended on for advice and information


Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

• 5+ years of SaaS sales and business technology related experience, ideally in healthcare

• You have consistent track record of quota attainment

·Healthcare Solution/Knowledge:  understanding of clinical and general IT within the healthcare industry and ability to make confident recommendations to business decision makers.
·Communication:  excellent verbal and written communication skills, email and phone presence.
·Strategic Sales Execution:  demonstrates a clear consultative vision, understanding of the prospects’ business, strategy, organization, culture, and compelling reasons to act.
·Decision Makers:  proven ability to build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations as a leader promoting the solution capabilities, viewed by the client as a “trusted advisor”
·Work Ethic:  demonstrates superior time management skills and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit

About the Job and Your Skills: Excellent phone and people skills. The job entails qualifying leads through an engaging conversation. This position is a lead qualification position, does not carry a revenue quota, but rather a quota on number of qualified leads developed. You will have a mentor and assistance from marketing with campaigns to drive awareness and inbound inquiries.

You are willing to learn or have experience with a CRM: Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Hubspot. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus but not required. College degree - either Associates or Bachelor's degree.
