  • Easily communicate with vendor reps through a secure mobile app.
  • Receive notifications of upcoming cases, case changes, loaner equipment, tray labels and inventory.
  • Eliminate manual entry for assigning a case to a vendor – TORQ’s automated rules engine automatically pairs reps, rad techs, PT’s, etc. to cases.
  • Track vendor compliance with pick-up and drop-off windows. With a simple label printer and kiosk in your facility, reps mark trays “in” and “out” as well as tag trays with up-to-date case information. These labels are printed through the Torq portal, so you can check your computer or smartphone to see exactly what reps have done, and when. Photos of what’s in each tray are also included.
